Ordering
Before ordering call for shipping rates to your City/State then place your order in our shopping cart with your Name, Address, City, State and your credit card information.

NOTE Credit Card address must match your shipping address or you will not be approved.

Shipping
We build everything at time of your order because of small changes can be made as we build, all orders are shipped via freight truck not UPS because of the sizes and we ship between 2 to 4 weeks depending on you order. Shipping for large items Cribs, Changing Tables is about $150.00 to $250.00 depending where you live and the 4 Poster Baby Crib will be more because of it's size.

Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in a securely sealed brown shipping carton

The only markings that will appear will be Santiago LLC. International customers will have an attached Customs form that indicates "Medical Garment. No Tax or Duty". In some countries this designation may save duty and tax. If you world prefer some other designation on your customs form please e-mail us or call and let us know.
